  1. Riverviews freshman played Huron and beat them and it left Riverviews JV stretched thin ..they had no back up at skilled positions to give the first stringers a break…not to mention the turn overs Riverview had didn't help…hats off to Airport jv for their win

    1. Huron appears to be solid the next couple years. I don't think they will have a difference maker at QB the caliber of Hardwick. That kid is the most special talent in school history.

  2. I think Riverview freshman beating huron shows that the Riverview freshman have improved more by competing against jv teams and at JV speed.

  3. Looks like the SMCC woes continue. JV having rough year, Huron, Airport and Jefferson yet to come. Could be a recruiting, uh, I mean a rebuilding year.

We all have our down years, I won't give them as much slack as they do us when they are winning.

  4. Next couple years will be major changes in the league. The tide is turning.
Many more programs starting younger and younger. Good to see.

  5. Nice win Jets!!! Plenty of talent in Airport's freshman and sophomore classes. Not to mention 6 sophomores on varsity this year. Airport will be tough to handle in 2016 & 2017
