Coaches’ Comments:” AS ALWAYS SALINE IS THE TEAM TO BEAT UNTIL SOMEBODY KNOCKS THEM OFF TOP. BEDFORD IS ALWAYS GOOD AND A GREAT GAME FOR THE KIDS TO PLAY IN. ALL 3 ANN ARBOR SCHOOLS ARE IMPROVING . THERE IS NOT AN EASY WEEK IN THE SEC RED. OUR SEASON WILL DEPEND ON HOW FAST OUR YOUNGER GUYS GET UP TO SPEED. WE HAVE A GREAT GROUP OF SENIORS AND THE WHOLE PROGRAM HAS WORKED HARD OVER THE SUMMER. BEING IN THE PLAYOFFS FOR 2 WEEKS LAST YEAR WAS A HUGE ADVANTAGE AS OUR LOWER LEVELS GOT TWO EXTRA WEEKS OF PRACTICE AT THE VARSITY LEVEL.

FNV Outlook: The Trojans will have plenty of new faces in 2019. The schedule gets off to a bang with Wyandotte and Fenton. Monroe will know what they have right away. Getting through Bedford and Saline will prove to be the hurdles for the elusive SEC Red Crown. I look for the Wyatt Head, at the QB spot, to have a fine season and get the Trojans back to the playoffs.

Gary’s Pick: 6-3

Frank’s Pick: 6-3

Chris’ Pick: 5-4
