SMCC (7-0) beat Milan last week 41-14 while Jefferson (2-5) fell to Huron 30-14. The Falcons won last season’s match up at Navarre Field 47-7. The Falcons lead the all-time series 33-15.
SMCC continues to roll with the state’s longest winning streak. The defense is playing well while the running game just continues to grind.
Jefferson blew an early lead to Huron last week and continues to struggle to put up points. The Bears will have their work cut out for them this week.

There are lots of great Catholics all over this county that aren't involved with SMCC. You don't have to be part of SMCC to be a good catholic person. From what I hear a growing part of the school is even catholic anyhow.

If I'm a smart a**, that makes you a dumb a**. As such, I can help you. "What comes around goes around" would be Karma. That falls into Hinduism and Buddhism.
There are indeed Catholics all over that have nothing to do with SMCC. If you went to Mass last week, you might recall in the Gospel that Jesus said, "No one is good but God alone." I would understand then that the phrase "great Catholics" is inherently not Catholic. Non of us are good nor great.
Catholics (and all Christians) believe that Jesus is the Son of God, who died for our sins. That His blood is the ransom for our salvation. There is no Karma in Christian belief. For more information about this very important topic (salvation), please contact a faith filled priest or minister.

This is going to be a tough game to watch. I have been looking forward to this game for some time. Looking and wanting to see a Couple seniors bust out #84 & #11. Just wish that senior #38 wasn't stuck on the Sidelines!! Gonna be fun to watch and hope we play a great game. There is just something missing when your son worked hard and is anchored to the sidelines. But it builds character and for sure has. I know a few C.C kids and wish you luck tonight and in the Future. Plus a lot of the players have played other Sports together and have respect for each other. funny the kids seem to have more respect than the parents lol!!
