Carlson’s Jaylan Franklin committed to Wisconsin recently. This is the second player in our coverage area to commit to the Badgers. The athletic senior to be will join Milan’s Michael Furtney in Madison in the fall of 2018. Rumor has it that Franklin was recruited as a tight end.
