Division 2 has 36 full ride scholarsips allowed. Football scholarships at Division-II institutions can be divided among as many players as a program wishes. Most Division-II players are on partial scholarships but that does not rule out a "full ride"
And Division 2 doesn't give full ride scholarships.
Division 3 does not give athletic scholarships.
Are these kids who got scholarships or just the school they plan to attend and signed with already??
