I talked to a GI parent tonight and they are 2-3 they beat Gabriel Richard.
They played a very good game tonight, I expected a blow out, especially when I saw they only had 15 players with 13 freshmen. I was impressed. Great job guys! You should be proud of that game.

JV Standings (league records)
1. SMCC 4-0 – tough games ahead for the falcons against HUR and JEFF, QB needs to run harder,
2. Huron – 3-1 – shutout against Riverview, 3-0 since that game
3. Jefferson – 3-1 – lost to HUR by 14, offense is doing what it needs to do, defense is strong
4. Riverview – 2-1 – Did they beat the Big Reds? probably most physical team in league
5. Milan – 1-2 – Did they upset the Pirates? my guess is they lost by 12
6. Grosse Ile – 1-3 – beat Airport
7. Flat Rock – 1-3 – offense is slow, need more trick plays, decent showings against RIV and MIL
8. Airport – 0-4 – defense giving up 38 ppg in league play
View was up 44-14 against Milan when I left with about 7 minutes in the 4th quarter!

I believe it is still Phil Kresefski. He’s a good friend of mine
SMCC JV coach is no longer Phil Kresefski. Kyle Bausman is the head coach. He played on there 2014 state champion team and came back last year to start coaching. He’s a great coach and was a great player. I played with him.
